In the next thirty-five years, the world's population is expected to grow from 7 billion to 9 billion.

As the world prepares for 2050, we need to acquaint ourselves with the challenges, risks, and opportunities that will come with this population boom. In TEDxHarvardCollege's inaugural event, you will have the opportunity to listen to internationally-acclaimed professors, speakers, and thought leaders and learn about how we can plan to survive and thrive in 2050.

In between these talks, TEDxHarvardCollege will also be featuring performances and exhibitions by the River Charles Ensemble, The Harvard Din & Tonics, The Kuumba Singers of Harvard College, The Harvard Undergraduate Drummers (THUD) and ArtLifting.

Be a part of TEDxHarvardCollege, Harvard University's inaugural university-wide TEDx event, on November 7 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at the Radcliffe Knafel Center.
